Jessica Liu is the President of The Spear Group, a specialist in enabling client success in Project Delivery. As President, Ms. Liu assumes management and operational accountability and control over all phases of Spear’s business from business development through delivery, recruitment, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Ms. Liu has over 30 years of experience in delivering professional services to Fortune 500 clients. She was a Principal in Booz Allen & Hamilton’s operations and energy practice and has held key positions in PwC’s Advisory practice, and Yahoo! She also previously worked for Goldman Sachs and Bain & Co. Ms. Liu’s area of expertise includes leading clients through major business transformational efforts, implementing state-of-the-art operations, technology, and program management improvements. Ms. Liu holds an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Biochemistry, cum laude, from Harvard College.
